The Riflespeed Adjustable Gas Block is a true revolution in the field of accessories for AR-15 rifles with a direct impingement (D.I.) gas system. The gas block allows smooth, tool-free adjustment, making it possible to tune the rifle's gas flow and operating cycle on the fly depending on whether you are shooting suppressed or unsuppressed, the ammunition being used, or the level of fouling in the firearm. This results in smoother, softer rifle operation, improved controllability, reduced wear on internal components, and a reliable operating cycle.

The Riflespeed Gas Control System is installed in place of the original gas block. Its front section features a collar that fits around the barrel and rotates to regulate the amount of gas entering the bolt carrier through the gas port in the barrel. The gas block features 12 settings, with a distinct click between each position, providing tactile feedback during adjustment.

For manual adjustment to be possible, the appropriate amount of the collar must extend between the handguard and the muzzle device. Therefore, when selecting the correct gas block, four variables must be taken into account:

• Barrel length

• Gas system length

• Handguard length

• Barrel diameter at the gas block location

The gas block's design is exceptionally simple and durable. It was engineered for use in demanding conditions, making it suitable for professional users, competitive shooters, hunters, and those configuring a firearm for defensive purposes. The gas block can be used with a variety of ammunition calibers, including .223 Remington/5.56x45mm, .300 AAC Blackout, .308 Winchester/7.62 NATO, 6.8 SPC, 6.5 Grendel, and others.

The gas block is supplied with a 0.917" adjustment stem, which ensures proper operation on the vast majority of rifles available on the market. An additional 0.887" adjustment stem is included, allowing more gas to flow through the block.

WARNING! For the gas block to function correctly, a straight gas tube must be purchased separately. Select the appropriate gas tube based on the length of your gas system.
