Hot Rod Guide Rod Assembly for Walther PDP

The standard Walther PDP is a great pistol, but the factory recoil assembly is—let’s be honest—made cheaply out of plastic. The Hot Rod kit is a cure that changes the slide's action from "aggressive snapping" to a predictable, linear recoil stroke.

The kit consists of:

• Steel Guide Rod: Significantly heavier than the plastic original, it acts as a ballast at the front of the pistol. Added mass up front is physics you can't beat—the pistol simply bucks less upon firing, allowing you to get back on target faster.

• Reduced Power Recoil Spring: The factory installs stiff springs. The result? As the slide returns forward, the front of the gun dips below your sight picture (a phenomenon known as "muzzle dip"). Our spring is lighter (17 lbs)—the slide returns with less force, settling perfectly right where you were aiming.

• Brass Washer: An essential mounting component that stabilizes the guide rod in the slide recess. Brass provides proper glide and eliminates unwanted play.

WAŻNE! Prowadnica przychodzi zmontowana wraz ze sprężyną i jest zabezpieczona zawleczką. Nie wyciągaj zawleczki! Ma ona na celu ułatwienie montażu całego zestawu w pistolecie.

1. Upewnij się, że broń jest rozładowana.
2. Zdejmij zamek z pistoletu.
3. Wyciągnij fabryczny system powrotny wraz z plastikową wkładką z zamka.
4. Upewnij się, że usunąłeś plastikową wkładkę z zamka. Niestety jej usunięcie wymaga zdjęcia płytki tylnej z zamka.
5. Ponownie przypominamy o plastikowej wkładce w zamku.
6. Warto sprawdzić po raz ostatni, czy w zamku nie ma plastikowej wkładki.
7. Wsuń mosiężną wkładkę w brodę zamka.
8. Wsuń prowadnicę wraz ze sprężyną w przestrzeń pod lufą.
9. Przytrzymując prowadnicę w zamku ostrożnie wyciągnij zawleczkę.
