Cobra Softer – Comfort Pad for Safariland 3-Hole Pattern Thigh Panels

DTF Cobra Softer is an innovative comfort pad specifically designed for installation underneath Safariland UBL-type mounting platforms. Its purpose is to improve holster-wearing comfort while enhancing user safety and draw ergonomics. Made from carefully selected, high-quality materials, the Cobra Softer pad stabilizes the holster and reduces pressure from the lower part of the UBL-type platform, making it an invaluable addition for law enforcement personnel and other professionals who carry a firearm daily in various positions, as well as for anyone who values comfort and safety.

Cobra Softer changes the angle of the holster relative to the user's body, making the draw more consistent with the natural movement of the hand. It also ensures that the firearm resting in the holster is not pointed directly toward the shooter's leg or foot.

Cobra Softer was developed based on the experience of DTF Solutions instructors and shooters. Determining the optimal pad thickness, selecting the materials, and conducting durability testing took us nearly 5 years. The result is an easy-to-install product offering a high level of comfort, safety, and durability.

Features:

• Enhanced Comfort: The Cobra Softer pad eliminates discomfort associated with prolonged holster carry by stabilizing the mounting platform and distributing pressure over a larger surface area. It is particularly appreciated by users who spend many hours wearing a holster while seated in a vehicle.

• Draw Ergonomics: Cobra Softer changes the angle of the holster relative to the shooter's body, making the draw more consistent with the natural anatomical movement of the hand and allowing for a better grip on the pistol.

• Safety: The change in the holster's angle also improves safety, as the pistol's muzzle is no longer directed toward the user's leg while holstered.

• Durability: Made from wear-resistant materials, Cobra Softer maintains its properties for years, even with daily use in demanding conditions.

• Easy Installation: Installation is quick and simple. The included imperial screws are compatible with the original washers used with Safariland UBL and QLS systems.

• Versatility: The product is compatible with Safariland UBL platforms and other platforms using the same 3-hole screw pattern, making it a versatile solution for various holster configurations and users.
